IT Manager (Developer)

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Maximum age 40 years.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or application development.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end system/application development projects.
Strong understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello).
Technical knowledge of web/mobile development, databases, and APIs.
Experienced in the use and implementation of ERP systems.
Skilled in creating flowcharts and system requirement analysis.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
Able to perform under pressure and take a strategic, high-level view (helicopter view).
PMP or Scrum Master certification is a strong advantage.
Experience with ISO standards is a strong plus.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of application/software development projects.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams: developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and stakeholders.
Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Create clear application workflows and comprehensive project documentation.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to drive continuous improvement across the IT team.
Oversee daily IT operations and ensure service continuity.
Develop and implement procedures to enhance infrastructure resilience and service availability.
Allocate resources, monitor live applications, and handle troubleshooting and maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors on SLA execution, software licenses, and system updates.
Effectively manage IT assets and inventories.
Collaborate with product owners and users to validate business requirements.
