Manager Accounting & Tax

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation.
Maximum age 33 years.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in medium to large-sized companies.
Solid understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and ERP systems (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Strategic and analytical thinker with a helicopter view of overall financial and tax functions.
Experience with ISO standards is a strong plus.

Lead and manage all accounting and taxation activities of the company.
Prepare monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
Supervise transaction recording, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
Ensure all tax obligations (PPh 21, 23, 25, Final Tax, VAT, and Annual Corporate Tax) are calculated, paid, and reported accurately and on time.
Review and prepare the company’s Annual Corporate Income Tax Report (SPT Tahunan Badan).
Review financial statements and tax reports for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and evaluate budgets and conduct variance analysis.
Provide direction and coaching to the accounting & tax team to meet SOPs and organizational goals.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audit processes.
Liaise with other departments on financial and tax-related policies.
Stay up to date with the latest tax regulations and apply them strategically.
Demonstrate a strong helicopter view to make informed decisions aligned with efficiency, compliance, and business growth.
