What are the Benefits of ‘E-Meterai’ for Us?
The use of ‘meterai’ has become part of our daily administrative activities. However, what about E-Meterai, can they also make it easier for us in the administrative process or not.
E-Meterai or electronic meterai is a label that is used by affixing it to a document through a certain system. E-Meterai is only used on electronic documents.
E-Meterai have the following characteristics:
- There is the national symbol, the Garuda Pancasila
- There is a unique 22 digit electronic meterai code generated by the system
- Numbers and writing indicating duty rate
- The words “METERAI ELEKTRONIK”
With the E-Meterai, it will be easier for us to pay tax on documents digitally.
So the use of E-Meterai is as important as the use of regular stamps. Therefore, let’s take advantage of E-Meterai to make it easier to manage our tax duties.
